We're getting pickier about where our coffee comes from.
Every quarter, we'll bring in a new single-origin coffee chosen for what makes it worth drinking: where it was grown, who grew it, how it was produced, and what makes that particular harvest stand out.
These are limited releases. When one is gone, we move on to the next.

Lempira, Honduras
La Navi comes from smallholder farmers growing coffee high in the mountains of Lempira, Honduras. Through BonCafe, entire harvests are purchased, not just the very best lots, then each farmer's coffee is cupped and graded for quality. Higher scores earn higher premiums, while exceptional lots are separated as individual microlots.
La Navi brings together coffees from that next tier: high-quality lots from multiple small farms, selected to make something both exceptional and approachable.
