A café, bakery, coffee shop and market built around good things made with intention. We bake every day, make as much as we can in-house, and let the menu move with the seasons.
The name comes from a neighborhood market the Swan family grew up with. Different Pearson’s, same idea: make good things and give people a reason to keep coming back.

Pearson's is the ninth concept from Jon Swan and the Swan Family of Restaurants. Vern's, Dorado, Roux, The Alexander, Leonore's. All Rochester, all Park Ave or close to it. Each one built around something specific. Pearson's is the daytime one.
It sits just off Park Avenue in the 14607. Independent shops, old trees, and people who actually know the barista's name. A neighborhood that turns over: students, transplants, people starting fresh. Pearson's is the place they find first and come back to longest.
